Don't want to miss your calls? A simple solution for this is to turn on your notifications for Convo. Here's how:
First, go to your settings. You can do this by swiping up when you're on the home screen.
You will see all of your apps. Click on Settings.
Scroll down until you find Notifications.
Click on it and it will show a list of all the apps that use notifications. Find Convo on the list.
Click on the button next to Convo. Make sure the switch/toggle is blue as shown below.
This means you have turned on the notifications.
Next, on the same page, click on Advanced at the top right.
Scroll down until you find Convo and then click on Convo.
Make sure that you turn it on (switch the toggle to blue) to Allow notifications.
Other options will appear. Turn on Set as a priority.
You should see this on your screen.
This will ensure that you will always receive notifications as long as the app is running in the background.
I tried everything and nothing changed. Now what?
