There are several possible reasons why you might find yourself not being able to install Convo for Windows:
Windows is not updated
Admin privileges
Network issue
Software issue
You'll occasionally run into an error when installing software on Windows. The installer may report an error code, say it's unable to write to a folder, or even silently fail. You'll need to resolve the problem so you can install the software.
Windows is not updated
Windows Update is sometimes underestimated as a cornerstone of your system's integrity and security. Microsoft regularly delivers security patches, hotfixes, and software updates through Windows Update, and so if this service stops running or is turned off, then Windows can become vulnerable to bugs and security holes.

Admin privileges
Most Windows software needs to be installed with admin privileges. Whenever you install a program you'll see a pop-up window and will need to grant permission to download the Convo app on your computer.

For Deaf Professionals
If you are at your workplace, the IT person is usually the one who has admin privileges to your work computer. If this is the case, check with your IT department to get this issue resolved.

Software issue
First, do a clean uninstall of an older Convo Desktop version from your computer. This may require you to restart your computer after you are done with the uninstallation.
