1. Check camera settings by going to: Settings > Convo > Camera. Make sure the button is green.
2. Quit Convo Mobile by double-clicking the home button then swiping up on Convo Mobile. This disables notifications until you reopen the app.
3. Restart the phone.

4. Uninstall then reinstall Convo on iOS if all else fails.
5. Try switching to LTE or WiFi. Depending on where you are and what you're using, there may be a firewall. If this is happening at your workplace, please contact us to get firewall information.Β
