To resolve login issues, please follow the steps below:
1. Check and see if your login information is correct. Is your phone number and password correct? You can check by logging in to your Convo account.
2. Make sure that the device is connected to WiFi or by Ethernet.
If you are on WiFi, try Ethernet and vice versa. If one works but the other does not, it could be a device or network issue. You can also test by going to a different website like cnn.com. If the website opens fine, then your internet is fine.
3. Force quit Convo.
Keyboard shortcut: Command-Option-Esc (⌥⌘⎋) or choose Force Quit from the Apple () menu and select Convo in the Force Quit window, then click Force Quit.
4. Please turn your computer off/on and try again.
5. Still can't log in? Uninstall and reinstall Convo for macOS.
NOTE: Convo for macOS is not available at the App Store. You must download directly from us.
It could be a firewall
Are you using Convo on a public network like a library, hospital, or at your workplace? You may have firewall issues where you are. Try using it at a different location.
