Your device will caution you that the file might be harmful, which a normal warning for Android software not published at Google's Play Store. The file is safe to download. Tap "Download anyway" to download our app.

You're done downloading! Next, tap Open.

Next, tap Install to install the app.

Next, tap Open to run the Convo VRS app.

You're in! Next, tap Enable Video Access, Enable Storage Access, and Enable Microphone Access to allow the app to function normally.

You're almost there! Next, tap Allow to allow the app to send you call notifications.

You're ready to login! Login with your Convo VRS number and password.

In some situations, you may want to uninstall the Convo app and then reinstall it (such as the app not updating properly). Worry not, this process is easy, too! 

Go to the Convo VRS app icon on your device. Hold the icon until you see the option to Uninstall. Then tap Uninstall.

Tap OK.

Your Convo app is now uninstalled.
