If your login information is correct, the next step is to check your Ethernet or WiFi settings to ensure that your computer is connected to the network.
The quickest way to check your WiFi settings:
You should see the Networks box pop up from the right of your screen like this (for Windows 10):
Make sure WiFi is switched on and then you should be able to see "Connected". This means you have been connected to the network successfully.
For Windows 7 and 8, your pop-up box will look like this:
