Updating your app is the easiest way to ensure you get the best experience with Convo on your iPhone or iPad. Sometimes there will be bugs that we resolve with an updated version, so if you're experiencing any issues, check to see if your app needs to be updated and try that first! Here's how to update your app:
1. Go to the App Store
2. Search for Convo and click on the 'Update' button.
Finding your app's current version number
If you need to check your version number (as we will sometimes ask you to do to ensure we troubleshoot properly), here's where to find it:
1. Go to your Settings in the Convo app.
2. Find the version number at the bottom:
