1. How can I add a contact?

Go to the person icon to view your contact list.

Click "+" to add a person to your contact list.

Type the person's name here.

Click on the "Create" button to add new the contact info.

2. How can I edit a contact?

Click on " i " to edit contact

Click on the "Edit" button to edit the contact info.

3. How do I logout of Convo?

If you need to logout of your account or login a different Convo number, click on the gear icon. 

Click "Logout" and it will take you directly to the login screen below:

NOTE: Clicking on the "X" on the top right corner does not mean you will quit the Convo application. It simply closes the Convo window, but the Convo application will still be running in the background. 

4. How do I dial a number?

Click on dialpad icon to dial any number or the keyboard. Copying and pasting the number to the phone number field works too!

First click on this "dialpad" icon to view the dial numbers:

Once you have dialed in the number you want to call, you can either press enter or click on "Call" button to connect your call:

5. How do I turn VCO on?

You can easily ask our Video Interpreter to do that for you. Make sure your microphone is enabled. We do not currently have any VCO control on the new interface yet but it will be added in the future releases.
