In the Spring of 2017, the FCC released the VRS Improvement Order of 2017 which included approval for VRS Providers to assign VP numbers to hearing individuals for point to point use only. This means only for calls to another video phone, but not through a Video Interpreter or to call 911.

At this point in time, Convo does not yet have VP numbers that may be assigned to hearing people.  We will let you know as soon as possible if this changes!
