After checking the first two boxes for the Certification & Acknowledgement and VRS Advisory pages, you'll see a form to fill out.

If you're getting a number for a large business, select Enterprise and add your legal full name and email address.

Add your company name and the information for your workplace point of contact in the correct boxes:

You can transfer your current VP number to Convo if you want. Here's how:

Click on the green Verify button.

If your information is verified, you will see the gray icon become green with an arrow, like this:

Let's continue with your application.

Next, you will need to add your work address (where you currently work).

If your work address is the same as your emergency address, go ahead and click on Verify.

When your work address is verified, you will see this:

IMPORTANT: When you call 911, they will send police/ambulance to your work address unless you add an emergency address.

To add an emergency address, check this box:

Now, add your emergency address.

Then click on Verify.

Next, create your password.

You're nearly done! The next step is to let us know how you learned about Convo.

Then click NEXT on the green button to submit your application. You will see this confirmation page:
