How to activate your Convo Now (CN) account
Open the email from Convo with subject line: Activate your Convo Now Account.
Tap on the Activate my Account button.
Tap Set Password to set up your new password. (NOTE: if you have a Convo VRS account, that password is separate from Convo Now.)
Enter your email address and click Submit.
Open the 2nd email from Convo with subject line: Convo Now new password request.
In the 2nd email, tap on Set password.
Enter your new Convo Now password.
Install Convo Now on your mobile device
Log into Convo Now on your mobile device
Run the Convo Now app.
Tap on the Log In button
Allow your device access to the camera and microphone when asked.
Enter your email address and Convo Now password.
Choose between your Main account or Guest account.
Main account: for using Convo Now with an interpreter.
Guest account: for contacting Support.
Get an Interpreter
When you need an interpreter, tap on the Get an interpreter button.
You will see your position in the queue.
You will shortly see your assigned interpreter's first name and number.
Tap Join to connect immediately, or wait 5 seconds for the auto connection.
Be sure your volume is set high enough for the hearing person to hear the interpreter.
Use text chat with interpreter
If you need to share Zoom/Teams/Meet web URLs or need to text-chat with your interpreter, tap on Chat on the bottom left.
When done, tap on the keyboard icon to return to normal view.
Anytime the interpreter is on your screen, tap Mute to mute your speaker if desired.

Turn on video privacy
Anytime the interpreter is on your screen, tap Video to turn off your video camera if desired.
Turn off speaker
Anytime the interpreter is on your screen, tap Speaker to turn off your device's speaker if desired.
Anytime the interpreter is on your screen, tap Flip to switch between your front or rear video cameras if desired.
End session with interpreter
When done, tap the red Hangup button.
Use account functions
Tap the three horizontal lines ("burger" icon) on the top right side of the app.
To see your usage history, tap Call History.
To edit your personal information, tap Edit Profile. After making edits, click Update Profile.
To change your password, tap Change Password.
To check for app updates, tap Check For Update.
To change settings or request deletion of your account, tap Settings.
Note: LED flash notifications is currently disabled in the US market.
To access the Help Center for Convo Now, tap Help.
To logout, tap Logout.
