I already have a personal number. Can I get a second number for work?

Of course! To get a second number, there are two ways.

Yes! There are two ways to get a new number for work:

  • Have two separate Convo accounts, one for personal and one for work; or

  • Add a second number to your personal account and use it as a work number

Separate accounts

If you want to create a separate account (using a different email address) for your work number, please sign up.

How to sign up:

1. You can get a Convo number at our website:

2. Or you can get a Convo number by registering through our apps.

Add a new number to a current account

If you want to add a new work number to your current Convo account, you'll need to contact us. Here's how:

  1. Visit our Support page. There, you can:

    1. Fill out the "Have feedback? Got issues?" form.

  2. Click the Widget on the bottom-right corner of the Support page.

    1. During Live Support hours (Mondays-Fridays 8am-6pm CT), you can Video Call or Live Chat with Support.

    2. When Live Support is closed, you can leave a Video Message or a Chat Message, and we'll contact you during open hours.

  3. Email support@convorelay.com.
