We don't like pesky callers, too. Here's a simple guide on how to block unwanted calls.

First, go to our website and hover over "My Convo" and click on "My Profile" as it appears to log in.

Then log into your account.

Click on Contacts at the top-right corner.

You will see the Contacts menu. Click on Block List.

Add the number you want to block and press the + icon.

You're all set! The number is now blocked.

There is another way you can reduce the number of spam calls. It is called the Do-Not-Call Registry. 

Go to their website and register your phone or cell number for free. 

If you register online, you will receive an email from donotcall.gov. You will need to click on the link in the email within 72 hours to complete your registration. 

Most sales calls will stop once your number has been on the registry for 31 days.
