Please switch to your other account that has a specified number of minutes, for example, 1440 minutes (which is for one of the higher-tier subscriptions). <b>NOTE:</b> if you have a <b>Flex</b> account this amount will show as 0, which is normal.

After switching, you'll see a button that says "Get an interpreter".
