1. Go to the top right of your web browser and click the "down" arrow.<br>​

2. Select and adjust device settings for video, speaker, and microphone.

TIP: If you're using a Bluetooth device with your mobile device or computer, make sure to do the following:

On your mobile device or computer, go to the Bluetooth settings.

Select the name of the Bluetooth device shown on the list, then click connect.

1. Turn on your Bluetooth device.
2. On your mobile device or computer, go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Select the name of the Bluetooth device shown on the list, then click connect.

NOTE: Make sure your Bluetooth device is fully charged.
