  1. How can I use it?

    1. Is your Portal a touchscreen device or designed to use as part of a TV?

      1. If part of a TV, ConvoLink will not work.

      2. If Touchscreen, follow the steps in #6 below.

  2. How do I download the app?

    1. This app is not downloadable; it is accessible through our ConvoLink website.

  3. What's the website address/URL for ConvoLink?


  4. Why can’t I see myself, or why is the video unavailable?

    1. Make sure you have the camera uncovered!

    2. Make sure to give the website permission to use your camera (and microphone).

  5. Why do I not see video mails, ecosystems, or other features that Convo App has?

    1. ConvoLink does not have all features that our apps may have. ConvoLink is great for making and receiving calls, though!

  6. What are the step-by-step instructions?

    1. Turn on your portal

    2. Tap on the browser app

    3. Press ‘New Tab’ (+ button)

    4. Type in the URL and press enter

    5. Press the 3 dots in the top R corner

    6. Choose Desktop Site

    7. Log in with your Convo # & Password

    8. Once logged in, give permission to use the camera and microphone.

    9. You're all set to make calls with ConvoLink!
