Step-by-step instructions for using Convo + WebEx

Step 1: Go to WebEx invite

Step 2: Click “Join meeting” to join the meeting

Step 3: To get your Convo VRS interpreter, start by clicking Join by phone

Step 4: Get the dial-in number

Step 5: Open Convo app and call the dial-in number

Step 6: Give interpreter the Access code and Attendee ID

Step 7: Interpreter will join the call and interpret the meeting

NOTE: No one else can see the VI but you. Interpreter will voice for you and interpret for hearing participants.
