Not interested in using your Convo phone number anymore and want it removed? No problem. Here's how to do it:
Please copy and paste the message below into an email and fill in your information:
"I, [your first & last name], give Convo permission to remove my Convo phone number, [insert your Convo number] associated with my email address [insert your email address]."
Send your email to support@convorelay.com. Or if you prefer to do this in ASL, Visit our Support page. There, you can:
Click the Widget on the bottom-right corner of the Support page.
During Live Support hours (Mondays-Fridays 8am-6pm CT), you can Video Call (or Live Chat) with Support.
When Live Support is closed, you can leave a Video Message (or a Chat Message), and we'll contact you during open hours.
