Why am I getting an error code when I try to log into my Convo app with my new Convo number and password?

Why can I access my profile on Convo's website, but not log into my Convo app to make calls?

As soon as you register, your account is created and you can update information if needed, but your number is still being processed and is not yet available to make calls.


I've waited so long and haven't gotten my Convo number yet.

The FCC needs time to process all of the VP number requests they get every day. If you haven't gotten an email with your Convo number by the end of the business day, contact us and we'll be happy to help.


Why am I being asked to submit more documentation? I thought I just had to share my Driver's license or state ID.

The FCC may need more information in order to process your request.


How long will it take to process my Convo number request?

Once your request is sent to the FCC, we are unable to speed up the process. As soon as it is cleared, you will get an email to log into your Convo app and make your first call.

Log in with your number and password and make a call to our support team and we’ll be happy to help you.
