This is a running list of major updates and new features added to Convo for Android. It will be updated regularly.

CURRENT VERSION 2.13.6 (1/12/2022)

Version 2.13.6 (1/12/2022)

Fixed a bug that in limited scenarios, could cause the Intercom support chat widget to become unresponsive.

Version 2.12.3 (10/15/2021)

Support chat has been improved across the app. The Help Center experience has also been improved.

Version 2.12.2 (2/13/2020)

This version includes bug fixes that improve the experience on Android 10.

Currently, the app allows for a notification sound—similar to a text notification—that is a one-time sound. This is not a continuous ringing sound. This setting is not available in the app, it is a device setting. If you have this notification turned on in your device with your volume up, you should hear a one-time notification when receiving a call.

Version 2.11.2 (12/11/2019)

Caller ID is now available! Caller ID is a great feature because with it, you can see the incoming caller's name, number, or location on your screen -- even i f they are not in your contact list -- before you answer!

Version 2.10.0 (9/26/2019)

  • You can now set your default VRS Preferences for Announce VRS, Voice Carry Over, and VRS Español. Just head over to Settings for this. We're all about making life easy for ya! LEARN MORE

  • Our app now supports Android's 64bit requirement.

Version (2/27/2019)

Announce VRS preferences are now available! Toggle on to have your interpreter announce their presence, or toggle off if you prefer not to disclose you are using VRS. You can view your status in Messages with interpreter. Watch the video below to learn more.
