The Never Stop Dreaming Contest (“Contest") is open to Deaf and Hard of Hearing residents of the fifty (50) United States of America, the District of Columbia, and all United States territories and commonwealths. To be eligible for the Contest the participants must be between the ages of 13 and 16 during the time of submission. The Contest organizers reserve the right, wholly at their discretion, to make exceptions to the age limitations on an individual case-by-case basis. Employees of Convo Communications, LLC (“Convo”) and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and these companies’ respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Your eligibility for the Contest is wholly subject to determination by a panel of judges. This Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to enter

Beginning at 9:00 am Eastern Time on April 29, 2019 until 11:00 pm Eastern Time on May 6, 2019 (the “Contest Period"), you may enter the Contest by posting a sixty seconds  or less video on your or your parent/guardian's Facebook wall OR your or your parent/guardian’s Instagram account. The child's school can also post the video on a school's official Facebook page or Instagram account. It is mandatory to tag @convo, @deaffilmcamp and to use #ToSignIsHuman hashtag when posting the video on your Facebook wall or Instagram account. The posting must be made public to enable Convo to contact the winner. All eligible entries timely received will be entered in the Contest. All information provided by applicants must be complete, true, and correct. Convo is not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Websites; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.

How the winners will be determined

One (1) winner will be selected by a panel of judges, coordinated by Convo, Deaf Film Camp, and Gallaudet University. The potential winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram. If Convo is unable to contact a winner within one business day of initial attempt or if the winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, his/her status as a potential winner will be forfeited at Convo's discretion, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

The video entry to the contest should show what the contestant’s dream is, include Convo in any way, and be up to sixty seconds  in length.


The prize is one (1) admission to DEAF FILM CAMP, including a round trip flight ticket between the airport of your residence and Syracuse, NY for a total of one (1) round trip flight tickets for the winner. Meals will be provided by Deaf Film Camp. The parent/guardian of the winner will be required to sign a media release form as a condition of receiving the prize.
